We were privileged to host two such distinguished visitors at our Bhubaneswar premises recently, and both interactions left a lasting impression on our team.
A Visit from Dr. R. N. Patra, Ex-CMD, IREL
We were honoured to welcome Dr. R. N. Patra, former Chairman and Managing Director of Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL), who visited us at our request. Dr. Patra’s decades of leadership in rare earths, mineral processing, and strategic minerals have made him one of the most respected voices in India’s critical minerals sector, and having him engage directly with our team was a rare and valuable opportunity.
During his visit, Dr. Patra reviewed several of the technologies we are developing — spanning hydrometallurgy, critical mineral extraction, and value addition from mineral by-products — and engaged the team in a wide-ranging technical discussion. His deep, hands-on experience with rare earth and beach sand mineral processing gave our researchers fresh perspective on scale-up challenges, process economics, and the practical realities of translating lab-scale innovation into industrial application.
What stood out most was his encouragement. Dr. Patra recognised the direction and intent behind our R&D efforts and encouraged the team to continue pursuing indigenous technology development in this space — a vote of confidence that means a great deal to a young technology company working at the frontier of critical minerals and materials science.

We were equally privileged to receive Mr. Jagadish Misra, Chairman of Ghanashyam Misra & Sons Pvt. Ltd. and a renowned name in the mining industry, at our company premises. As a prominent mines owner with extensive experience across the mineral value chain, Mr. Misra brought a valuable industry and business perspective to his conversation with our team.
His visit gave us the opportunity to showcase our ongoing work in mineral processing and resource recovery, and to exchange perspectives on the opportunities and challenges facing India’s mining and minerals sector today. Mr. Misra’s on-ground experience as a mines owner offered our team practical insights into raw material availability, industry linkages, and the kind of technology support the mining sector needs as it looks to add greater value to India’s mineral resources.
