Bhubaneswar, April 30, 2026 – Ekamra College, Bhubaneswar, has taken another important step towards promoting industry-academia collaboration by requesting LN Tech, Mancheswar, to provide internship and community engagement opportunities for its +3 4th Semester students. The initiative is part of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the curriculum prescribed by Utkal University, which requires students to complete a 120-hour, 4-credit internship/community engagement program.
Bridging the Gap Between Education and Industry
The internship program is designed to equip students with practical knowledge, workplace exposure, and professional skills that complement their academic learning. Through this collaboration, students will have the opportunity to experience real-world work environments while developing competencies that improve their career readiness.
Students Selected for Internship
As per the annexure attached to the official request, the following students have been nominated for the internship program at LN Tech:
- Biswabhusan Mallick
- Shankar Patra
- Prakash Kumar Samal
- Rudra Narayan Behera
- Biswanath Biswal
These students will participate in the internship as part of their academic curriculum and gain valuable industry exposure.
