MAJOR PROJECTS

  • Design, Fabricate, Installation and Commissioning of a multipurpose hydrometallurgical pilot plant to process 100 kg/day black mass from spent Lithium-Ion Batteries
  • Recovery of Nickel and Iron from Nickel Laterite and Overburdens (Both African and Indian Origin materials) using alternative Pyro & Hydro metallurgical process technology.

  • Tin metal and Alloys, Tin Chemicals from dross, residues, low grade tin concentrates Recovery of Niobium and Tantalum.

  • Alumina, Hydrated Alumina, Alum, PAC, Fused Alumina etc from Aluminium Dross and Rejects, MgO Recovery from Sea Salts and Wastes.

  • Graphene, Activated carbon, Carbon Pigment from Biomass, graphite, Sugar, Tyre Pyrolysis products.

  • Battery Materials and Nano materials- EMD, Nickel Hydroxide, Cobalt oxides, mixed oxides and hydroxides, nano materials, graphene, MOF.

  • Anhydrous Chemicals by carbochlorination particularly metal chlorides – AlCl3, FeCl3, TiCl4, VCI3, CrCl3, MnCl2, SiCl, etc.

  • Water & wastewater Treatment, Micro & Nano Bubble and Hydrodynamic Cavitation.

  • Electrochemical Projects – Salt Splitting, Electrochemical Oxygen production, Persulphates, Hypochlorites, Electroganic synthesis, battery, metal, chemicals.
